Striking in the glass – bright, dark cherry-red colour. Savoury aromatics of toasty oak, roasted nuts, cured meats and rhubarb. It’s utterly mouth-coating, though no blockbuster, sinewed and intense with tannins and oak forming a subtle and important structural element. It’s quite delicious. Innovative and excellent winemaking.
