Vibrant fruit with a hint of black forest cake and spiced vanilla. A brooding dried cooking herb note adds depth and a savoury element to the palate with fine yet long tannins which hold on to the fruit right to the end, ready for another sip!

Raspberry and just ripe plummy notes with cooking spices and blackberry. A touch of oak hovers in the background alongside pepper and a gravelly tannin profile spiralling along the palate driving the structure.
