Our Barossa Valley Cellar Door is the grand 1918 classic gentleman’s bungalow Neil and Lorraine Ashmead bought for their family home, to live a Barossa lifestyle back in the 1980s. Surrounded by Elderton’s iconic vineyards, the magnificent homestead now provides the perfect welcoming atmosphere for your Cellar Door experience.

If you desire a relaxed afternoon, our wines are also available by the glass and can be accompanied by a cheese plate or seasonal menu item. Look out over the 1894 Command vineyard from the verandah, enjoy the sunshine on the lawn or during winter, get cozy by the open fire.

We welcome Tesla drivers to visit our Barossa Valley Cellar Door and utilise the self-park Tesla Connector to charge their car whilst enjoying their visit.
