About Naughtons
They bake their own bread, make fresh pasta, keep bees on the roof, and even butcher and dry‑age their meat in‑house. Their kitchen celebrates classic pub fare elevated through skill, care, and the nose‑to‑tail principles of sustainable cooking. At the heart of the kitchen sits their prized Josper oven, using traditional Spanish woodfire techniques to grill and charcoal dishes to perfection.
