2025 Small Victories Rosé

Vibrant, just ripe red berry fruits with spicy tones ending with a crunch of vibrant acidity and savoury, almost creamy, undertones from lees contact post ferment.

We handpicked all parcels destined for Rose in the morning on the 12th February. On arrival, destemmed fruit was held on skins for over an hour to help with colour and flavour extraction. Fermentation on light solids was followed by several months on lees to help build mid palate weight.
