Be among the very first to experience the debut release of our brand new wine, the 2024 Sixfold Shiraz, presented alongside the highly anticipated 2025 Wellington Grenache and 2025 Winifred Grenache. These limited‑release wines have become some of our most sought‑after offerings following the success of their inaugural 2024 vintages. Each wine, including additional expressions from these two unique vineyard sites will be expertly paired to a beautifully curated four‑course menu by one of Adelaide’s most acclaimed dining institutions, Georges on Waymouth.
Established in 2002, Georges on Waymouth is celebrated for its Mediterranean‑inspired, seasonal dishes, crafted with finesse and enhanced by the depth of charcoal‑fired cooking. Their elegant, produce‑driven approach will set the perfect stage for these expressive, vineyard‑driven wines.
