South Australian Best of Wine Tourism Award
by Jess Ruciack
We were thrilled on Friday night to be announced as the winner of Wine Tourism Services at the South Australian Best of Wine Tourism Awards at the Great Wine Capitals Awards in Adelaide.
Nick Ryan, one of the judges, commented, “In what is always a hotly contested field, this year’s winner prevailed thanks to the authenticity of their offering… The high standards are a benchmark for wine region tourism.”
Allister notes, “It is very special to win this award in the same year we are celebrating 40 years of the Ashmead family owning and running Elderton. We are extremely proud of the team that provide one of Australia’s, and indeed the world’s, greatest fine wine experiences.”
